ABOUT THE FOUNDER

What's up! I am Cassidy Nelson, a recent graduate from The University of Colorado, Boulder.

During my time at CU, I learned a lot about postmodern filmmaking and how to create media that makes a positive change! 

​

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, making music with my friends, going on hikes with my dog, and making as many memories as I possibly can! 

​

Life is too short to not create beautiful pieces of art, and here at Taracola Films, we want to bring you excellence, affordability, kindness, and quality production. 

​

I have had the pleasure of working with a lot of big names over the years, and something that I have found to be true is those who are kind and understanding are those who succeed the most in the media sphere. 

​

My personal goal is to highlight those voices, and bring awareness and understanding to just how hard indie artists work!
